Thank you for shopping at Together Stronger Than Ever (TSTE) . We appreciate your support of our brand and hope you enjoy our designs as much as we enjoy creating them. That's why we offer a 7-day return/refund window.
To be eligible for returns and/or exchanges, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) in which you received it within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 7 days we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Please read our following policies carefully before sending us an email to initiate a return/exchange.

All items being returned/refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be rejected and returned.
- Our policy lasts for 7 days after fulfillment, if more than 7 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return/exchange.
- Items must be unwashed and undried.
- Items must not be excessively wrinkled.
- Items must not be covered with animal/human hair or lint
- Returned items with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any water bottles.
- If your item contains a tag, the original tag must be attached

Shipping charges are non-refundable - Shipping charges apply, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time
- Once we receive your return and inspect the product, the refund will be paid to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Communication request:
- If your product qualifies for our return, our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability
- If not in stock, refunds will be made back to your original payment method, less original shipping charges.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and assume no liability if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

- If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
