Shipping:

We are working hard to ship your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-7 business days to process your order! We do not ship on weekends. Holidays and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment times!

Please make sure you enter the correct address as returned packages will be subject to additional shipping charges. Packages shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and replacement orders will not be sent. Together Stronger Than Ever (TSTE). Not reliable for any stolen packages.

Domestic transport:

Packages may take up to 10 days to arrive after they are shipped.

Cutoff time for next day and overnight express orders is 2pm EST. Express orders do not ship on weekends and must be placed by 2pm EST on Friday to ship before the weekend. All express orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped the next business day.

International shipping:

Due to the high cost of shipping, we currently do not offer international returns.

If you are located outside of Taiwan, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes. Together Stronger Than Ever (TSTE). has no control over these fees, please contact your local customs office with any questions.

International orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive with first class shipping. Please allow this required time before inquiring about your order.
