退款和換貨

      您將自行承擔退貨的運費。給您的運費不予退還。如果您要運送超過 75 美元的商品,您應該考慮使用可追踪的運輸服務或購買運輸保險。如果我們沒有收到您退回的物品,我們不保證也不承擔任何責任。根據您居住的地方,換貨產品送達您所需的時間可能會有所不同。

      Refunds & Exchanges

      Thank you shopping at the Together Stronger Than Ever (TSTE) . We greatly appreciate your support in our brand and want you to enjoy our designs just as much as we enjoyed creating them. That is why we offer a 7-day window for returns/refunds.
      To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
      Please review our policy below very carefully before emailing us to start your return/exchange. 
      Returns:
      • All items being returned/refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial and will be shipped back. 

        Our policy lasts 7 days after fulfillment, if over 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a return/exchange. 
        • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in. 
        • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.
        • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
        • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted. 
        • We cannot accept returns on any water bottles for sanitary reasons.
        • If your item included tags, the original tags must be attached
      • Additional Information
        • Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
        • Shipping costs will apply, at this time we do not offer pre paid return labels
        • Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
        • Please Note: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
        Exchange Requests: 
        • If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability
        • If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. 
          ​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
